Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the original packaging must be retained and used for the return.

Custom-made pieces or items personalized in size or finish are non-returnable.

If a returned item shows damage resulting from inadequate packaging or improper handling, the cost of repair will be deducted from the refund amount.

Lola Glamour SL will arrange for the collection of the damaged product at its own expense and, once in our facilities, will proceed to send the new product with the same characteristics and to the same shipping address of the Customer.
