4. Type of delivery
Deliveries are made to the street level , at the address indicated by the customer during the purchase process.

Most furniture is delivered fully assembled. In cases where the product is delivered in several pieces, final assembly will be simple and will not require any specific technical skills.

6. Transport and receipt of goods
The goods are insured during transport. To ensure the transport company can cover any potential damage, it is essential to follow these instructions upon delivery:

If the packaging shows no visible damage, but upon opening it any damage is detected in the product, the customer must notify Lola Glamour, SL within a maximum period of 24 hours , providing photographs that prove it.
7. Customer's absence at the time of delivery
The transport company will contact the client in advance to coordinate the delivery.
In case of absence:

The carrier will indicate the procedure for a new delivery or collection.

If the customer does not collect the order within the indicated period, the product may be returned to Lola Glamour, SL
In this case, Lola Glamour, SL reserves the right to refund the amount of the product, deducting shipping costs and any damage resulting from return transport.
8. Delivery delays
The indicated deadlines are estimates and may be affected by causes beyond the control of Lola Glamour, SL, such as logistical incidents, transport, force majeure or causes attributable to the client.
In cases of delays of less than 30 days from the estimated date, the customer will not be authorized to refuse delivery or request compensation.
