1. General considerations

These terms and conditions govern returns, cancellations and the right of withdrawal applicable to products purchased through the Lola Glamour, SL website

Before placing an order, the customer should be aware that Lola Glamour manufactures some of its products by hand and, in many cases, to order or according to personalized specifications.


2. Customized or made-to-measure products

In accordance with current regulations on consumer and user protection, products manufactured to measure or customized according to the customer's specifications do not allow for return or right of withdrawal .

Customized products are those that have been manufactured specifically for the customer, including, but not limited to:

  • Modifications of measures

  • Changes in finishes

  • Specific adaptations requested by the client

Once the manufacturing process has started, the order cannot be cancelled.


3. Standard Products

In the case of standard products, identical to those shown in the online store and which have not been manufactured to order or personalized, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to justify the reason.

To exercise this right, the customer must communicate their decision to Lola Glamour, SL within the indicated period, via email to info@lolaglamour.com .


4. Return conditions

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging and properly protected.

  • The product must not have suffered damage after delivery.

Lola Glamour, SL reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


5. Return shipping costs

The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return , except in the case of defective products or errors attributable to Lola Glamour, SL

The customer will be responsible for any damage caused during return transport.


6. Damage to the product and defective merchandise

Incidents arising from damage caused during transport are governed by what is indicated on the Shipping and Delivery Times page.

In the event of a defective product or a manufacturing defect, the customer must report the incident to Lola Glamour, SL as soon as possible, providing photographs that allow the extent of the problem to be assessed.

These situations will be handled in accordance with the provisions on the Warranty page.


7. Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and its condition verified, Lola Glamour, SL will proceed to refund the corresponding amount, deducting, where applicable:

  • shipping costs

  • the costs arising from damages or defects

  • the necessary handling or repair costs

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
