1. Legal guarantee

Products sold by Lola Glamour, SL are covered by the current legal guarantee against manufacturing defects, in accordance with Spanish regulations on the protection of consumers and users.

The warranty period is three (3) years from the date of delivery of the product.


2. Scope of the warranty

The warranty covers exclusively manufacturing defects that may affect the structure, materials or finishes of the furniture.

During the warranty period, Lola Glamour, SL will proceed, as appropriate, to:

  • product repair

  • product replacement

  • or, where applicable, to a refund of the amount

The solution adopted will be determined based on the nature of the defect and the technical feasibility.


3. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from improper or negligent use of the product.

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use of the furniture.

  • Bumps, scratches or damage caused after delivery.

  • Damage caused by improper handling, unauthorized assembly, or inadequate maintenance.

  • Alterations or repairs made by third parties not authorized by Lola Glamour, SL


4. Damage during transport

Damages incurred during transport are governed by the terms and conditions set out on the Shipping and Delivery Times page.

In order for a transport incident to be handled correctly, it is essential that the customer complies with the instructions for receiving and reporting damages indicated on that page.


5. Procedure for managing the warranty

In the event of detecting a defect covered by the warranty, the customer must contact Lola Glamour, SL via email at info@lolaglamour.com contributing:

  • problem description

  • photographs of the defect

  • order details

Once the incident has been analyzed, Lola Glamour, SL will indicate to the client the steps to follow for its resolution.


6. Product collection and shipment

When the warranty applies, Lola Glamour, SL will manage, at its own expense, the collection of the defective product and the shipment of the repaired or replaced product to the same original delivery address, unless otherwise agreed.


7. Additional information

This guarantee does not affect the legal rights that the consumer has under current regulations.
